The Staff Search and Shortlist pages (Manager Menu >> Info and Tools >> Staff Search and Shortlist>) are for searching for and keeping track of team personnel. General managers have a shortlist for players, but they also have one for team personnel. The functionality of these two pages is identical to the Player Search and Player Shortlist pages, with the exception that they show team personnel instead of players.
