The Team Home Screen (Team Menu >> Basics section >> Team Home Screen, or click the house icon in the Team section of the Icon Bar) acts as a portal for the selected team, including tabs to a number of different screens with information about that team:

The Team Home Screen also has one sub-screen, Options and Ballpark.

The Team Home Screen is more of a portal for information than it is an actionable screen. Small windows throughout the screen present you with the team's standings, leaders, primary lineup and pitching information, schedule, league rankings, and current injuries.
