Batting vs Pitchers

The Batting vs. Pitchers sub-screen of the Batting Stats area is a list of pitchers in the league and how the currently selected player has performed against each of them. You can access this screen in several ways:

• Click on any player name on any standard game screen (any screen that isn't an HTML report), click on the Batting Stats tab, then click on the Batting vs Pitchers sub-screen
• Right-click on any player name and select Open Player Profile, click on the Batting Stats tab, then click on the Batting vs Pitchers sub-screen

There is a lot of information on this page, so we have broken it into the following distinct sections:

• Personal Details (this section is exactly as described on the Player Profile page.)
• Health Status (this section is exactly as described on the Player Profile page.)

Pitcher Listing

The right side of thescreencontains a list of pitchers and how the currently selected player has performed against each of them. Only pitchers against which the player has at least one plate appearance are shown. The statistics shown on thisscreenare fairly straightforward: at-bats, hits, home runs, and batting average. This list includes all pitchers the hitter has ever faced, including pitchers from other leagues and retired pitchers.
