Logs
The Logs Section of the League Menu contains quick links to different recent transactional log reports, mainly for drafts (both amateur/entry and expansion.) If a log is available, it will be displayed here (previous years' logs disappear at the beginning of the season.)
In OOTP, you can only view one league's information at a given time. If your saved game has multiple leagues, use the League Selection drop-down at the top of the League Menu to change the currently active league.
