The Player Development Report (Team Menu >> Info and Reports section >> Player Development Report) is a dynamic report that shows the development of players on the selected team over time.

This report has your scouting staff compare the players' current ratings to their ratings from a specified earlier time frame. There are two drop-down menus on this report. The first allows you to toggle between displaying players' current ratings and potential ratings. The second allows you to define the time frame that will be used to compare the player's ratings. You can compare to the very first scouting report, reports from 1, 2, or 3 years ago, or compare to the most recent scouting report.
