Tooltips and Player Previews
Hovering your mouse over some buttons and links will bring up a brief explanation of what that item does.
Additionally, we've borrowed the preview window concept from OOTP Baseball. Hovering a mouse over most player links will bring up a brief description of the player's vital statistics and recent history, so you can evaluate him quickly without the need to open his player screen.
