The Options screen (Game Menu >> Advanced section >> Setup and Options >> League Setup tab >> Options tab) allows you to change various league options. These settings are nearly identical to the ones described during the game creation process.

One exception is the Customizable Playoffs option, which is only available after a game has been started. To enable customizable playoffs, check the box called Use Custom Playoffs, then click the Customize Playoffs button.

Some options can be changed only during certain times of the year. These rules will be grayed out unless it is the offseason:

• Spring Training options can be changed only during the offseason or the preseason.
• Schedule options can be changed only during the offseason or the preseason.
