The Personnel screen (Team Menu >> Front Office section >> Personnel) lists all personnel on the currently selected team, along with their ratings and contract overview:

Clicking on a person's name on this screen will take you to his Coach Profile and Ratings page. Team personnel, including the meanings of the ratings on this page, are described in detail in the Personnel Model.
