Historical League Editing
Historical mode allows editing of league structures on July 1, so it's possible to expand/contract/relocate teams, change playoffs, edit rules, etc. in ahistorical ways.
You can also opt to specify which aspects of history will proceed normally, and which get disabled. All options default to On.
