If you are using OOTP's real-time simulation, the Live Coverage tab (League Menu >> Basics section >> Scores and Schedule >> Live Coverage! tab) will be available.

The Live Coverage tab shows box scores for games currently in progress. It also displays any scoring updates from those games in the lower left corner, and a list of top performers in the lower right. The running box scores also have links to watch the game or view the box score.
