The Advanced Section of the League Menu (League Menu >> Advanced Section) contains two options:
League Rules, which takes you to a detailed list of the league's current rules settings.
League Rules, which takes you to an editable list of the league's current game engine settings, which affect the generation of statistics. Be aware that extremely high or low numbers in these game engine settings could lead to game-breaking issues like excessive penalties keeping teams from putting enough players on the ice, so we recommend keeping those settings somewhat close to reality.
In FHM, you can only view one league's information at a given time. If your saved game has multiple leagues, use the League Selection drop-down at the top of the League Menu to change the currently active league.
