The Team Home Screen acts as a portal for the selected team, including tabs to a number of different screens with information about that team:
The Team Home Screen is more of a portal for information than it is an actionable screen. Small windows throughout the screen present you with the team's standings, leaders, affiliations, schedule, league rankings, and current injuries.
