Offseason Center
The Offseason Center screen (League Menu >> Transactions section >> Offseason Center) keeps GMs up-to-date on goings-on during the offseason. It is available in the League Menu from immediately after the playoffs end until the preseason begins.
The Offseason Center consists of three separate sections. On the left is a list of what are considered to be the top 25 free agents, sorted by their rumored contract demands, so the most expensive players will be on top. On the top right is transaction news. This is no different than the news you can find on the News Listing page, but it has been distilled here to only include news related to contract negotiations and free agency. This gives you can have "one-stop-shopping" for your offseason, which can be especially helpful if you are doing real-time simulation. On the bottom right of the page is a list of the most recent free agent signings, along with the terms of the contract.
