Player Development Report
The Player Development Report (available only in OOTP version 9.1.0 and later) is a team report that lists changes in hitting or pitching potential throughout the team's organization. This report is only available in-game, and cannot be exported to HTML.
To access this report:
The Displayed Ratings drop-down at the top left lets you toggle between current and potential ratings. The Time Frame drop-down lets you select a time frame over which to see a player's development. You can choose from the following options:
This report includes players on the active roster (plus reserve roster if minors are disabled), broken down by hitters & pitchers. Minor leagues are included if you have affiliated minor leagues. The list is sorted alphabetically and by position.
To access this report:
- Select a team from the Team menu, click the Reports tab, and then select Player Development Report from the Select Report drop-down.

- Last report - Shows the development of players in the time between the last scouting report and the current scouting report
- At least 1 year - Shows the development of players in the time between the last scouting report and the newest scouting report that is at least 1 year old
- At least 2 years - Shows the development of players in the time between the last scouting report and the newest scouting report that is at least 2 years old
- At least 3 years - Shows the development of players in the time between the last scouting report and the newest scouting report that is at least 3 years old
- First report - Shows the development of players in the time between the last scouting report and the very first scouting report on this player
