Your Job
The Your Job Menu is divided into two screens with options related to your employment situation:
Available Jobs lists all open general manager jobs in playable leagues. Right-click on one to apply for it. If you are using commissioner mode, all jobs are considered to be open (choosing a team that currently has a general manager will result in him being fired when you're hired.)
Owner Confidence gives you an idea of where you stand with your owner at the moment. His objective for the season will be listed, and your current level of job security is shown. The farther the bar gets to the left, the closer you are to being fired.
Resign from Team immediately quits your current job.
