Creating Custom Games via Wizard
A "custom game" in OOTP is pretty much any type of game other than a 2010 Major League game or a game imported from a previous version. In OOTP, you have two ways in which to create a custom game:
To create a custom game, just click on the New Custom Game button on the Main page. The League Creation Wizard will open automatically:
Note: If you prefer not to be prompted to use the League Creation Wizard, you can uncheck the "Always open wizard when creating a new game" box in the lower left. If you uncheck this box, any subsequent time you select New Custom Game, you will be taken straight to the Advanced Mode.
In the first page of the League Creation Wizard, you can select from four options. Click on the hyperlinks below to jump to the page in the manual that covers that wizard:
You can also cancel out of the League Creation Wizard at any time, or click to switch into Advanced Mode.
